Shippers & ILWU spar over who's to blame for port slowdown



Longshore workers who unload the ships in Oakland and other West Coast ports and the shipping companies they work for have been negotiating a new labor contract since May. Neither side is saying much about the issues they are bargaining over, but some signs of the dispute are growing stacks of containers at the Port of Oakland and small a fleet of ships waiting in San Francisco Bay for their turn to tie up at the Oakland piers. Tom Herriman reports from Oakland.
