Will San Francisco Voters Raise Minimum Wage to $15 per Hour?



West coast cities are in a race to raise the minimum wage. Earlier this month Seattle's City Council passed an ordinance to increase the minimum wage to $15 per hour -- San Francisco voters will now have the opportunity to do the same. Mayor Ed Lee introduced a measure that will appear on the November ballot that would raise San Francisco's minimum wage to $15 per hour by 2018. Nick St. Charles filed this report.
