S.F. Leads the Way on Urban Gardens Incentive Zone


San Francisco could be the first city in California to take advantage of a new state law granting tax breaks to urban garden landowners. An ordinance proposed by Board of Supervisors President David Chiu would take advantage of a new state law. It authorizes local governments to create urban agriculture incentive zones.
