This year's elections will have many more Latino voters--more than a million nationwide--over four years ago. That's according to projections released today by NALEO, the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials. NALEO opened its 31st Annual Conference today in San Diego with a panel to honor the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act. KPFK's Larry Buhl has more.
