California abortion rights providers and supporters say yesterday's U.S. Supreme Court decision striking down a 35 foot buffer zone around women's health clinics is disappointing. The decision came in a Massachusetts case. But California advocates say this state has laws and the will to protect women seeking abortions and the staff that provide the procedure.
