Supreme Court Rejects Obama's Recess Appointments to the Labor Board



A ruling today by the Supreme Court limits the president's power to fill vacancies for executive positions while the Senate is in recess. In National Labor Relations Board versus canning, the Supreme Court found three of the president's appointments to the labor board unconstitutional. The ruling also has implications for more than one hundred rulings handed down by the board. Nick St. Charles filed this report.
