Appeals Court Throws Out L.A. Anti-Homeless Ordinance

A federal appeals court has struck down a 31-year-old Los Angeles ordinance that bars people from living in parked vehicles. The court said the law was too vaguely written and was discriminatory. Larry Buhl reports.
