Iraq War Veteran Injured During Occupy Oakland Protest Calls for Banning of Less Lethal Munitions



An Iraq war veteran struck in the head by a police projectile during an Occupy Oakland demonstration in 2011 is calling for the banning of munitions used during the protest. Scott Olson and the National Lawyers Guild launched a petition drive to urge city officials to prohibit Oakland police from using so called less lethal munitions. Nick St. Charles filed this report.
