A civil rights lawsuit has been filed against L.A. County Sheriff's deputies accused of beating a mentally ill prisoner and trying to cover it up.Two deputies involved in the incident have been indicted on criminal charges. They have pleaded not guilty. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
