Palmdale Council Election Results Thrown Out Over Racially-Discriminatory Voting System

A judge has thrown out the latest results for the city of Palmdale's city council election. The city uses an at-large election system that has been found to dilute the black and Latino vote. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
