BART Accident Investigation Begins as Negotiations Resume

National Transportation Safety Board investigators have taken over the investigation of the BART accident that killed 2 workers Saturday. The BART strike is now into day 4, as unions and management are talking again in the hope of a reaching an agreement that could get trains running as early as Tuesday morning. The unions have a proposal to change BART rules dealing with technology, while keeping in place current rules over safety issues. Christopher Martinez reports.
