University of California's Patient Care Workers Reject School's Final Contract Proposal

The University of California announced it is offering it’s final proposal to it’s unionized patient care workers this week. The announcement comes after 13 months of stalled contract negotiations with AFSCME – or the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees. The U.C. school system says the proposal offers fair wage and retiree benefits but AFSCME says the offer is not enough. Tiffany Camhi reports.
