Union Accuses BART's Lead Negotiator of Hostile and Illegal Behavior; BART Unveils New Cars

SEIU 10-2-1 says Thomas Hock, the Bay Area Rapid Transit Authority’s 399 thousand dollar negotiator, has a history of illegal and provoking behavior towards unions. It also criticizes Hock’s upcoming 10-day vacation as its new contract deadline of August 4th approaches SEIU outlined these findings and complaints in a new investigative report released today.
