City Pension Changes Argued in Court

Voter-approved public worker pension changes in San Jose are facing a legal test in a San Jose courtroom. The city’s “Measure B” is being challenged by public workers unions, who say the measure would violate workers rights and the State constitution. The City argues the pension changes were approved by voters and are needed to balance the city budget and restore services. Christopher Martinez reports from San Jose.
