Google is coming under fire for a recent fundraising event it held for Oklahoma Republican Senator James Inhofe. Inhofe is known for denying climate change, calling it a mass delusion and a hoax. Google, which has traditionally held progressive positions on a number of social and political issues, is one of the senator's top donors, causing many critics to scratch their heads. Today, environmentalists gathered outside Google's Silicon Valley headquarters in Mountain View to protest and ask the company to cut ties with Senator Inhofe.
