SF Hep B Free Partners Up for Hepatitis B Screening

The Hepatitis B virus is becoming a major health issue for Asians and Pacific Islanders, or APIs, living in the United States. One in 12 Asian Americans carry the virus according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and many are not aware. Two Bay Area groups are trying to change those statistics by providing free Hepatitis B screenings and raising awareness among the API community. Tiffany Camhi reports.
