Governor Brown Vetoes Immigrant Rights Legislation

Governor Jerry Brown has vetoed a pair of bills that were top priorities for immigrant rights activists. This weekend Brown vetoed measures on domestic workers rights and immigration enforcement, vetoes that come at the same as Brown signed a stripped-down version of an undocumented immigrant drivers license bill. Brown’s legislative acts come amid a flurry of bill signings and vetoes over the week-end. Christopher Martinez reports.
