The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors is mulling over the idea of creating a permanent Citizens' Commission to oversee its troubled jail system. Supervisors are facing pressure from civil rights groups calling for Sheriff's resignation over the jail imbroglio. Pacifica's Dan Fritz files this report from Los Angeles.
