An Anaheim family facing eviction says its bank has agreed to a loan modification thanks to an outpouring of support from the community. The Gutierrez family has lived at its home for 24 years when it fell victim to a scam service offering to lower their mortgage payment. They contacted Occupy Fights Foreclosures on their eviction date earlier this month. After the temporary victory, the family wants to mobilize the community in defense of other struggling homeowners.
