Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca and Undersheriff Paul Tanaka took the stand today during a hearing of the Citizens Commission on Jail Violence. Tanaka took the brunt of the tough questions from the commission, which was set up last year in response to a federal probe into violence at Men’s Central Jail.
