Latino civil rights and community groups are asking California Attorney General Kamala Harris to investigate Anaheim police.The activists are calling for a probe into the department following a string of officer-involved shootings of young Latino males. The group delivered more than 17,000 signatures to the AG’s office in downtown LA.
