Wall Street Bank is Accused of Electricity Market Manipulation

Regulators are investigating a Wall Street bank subsidiary for allegedly "gaming the market" and racking up tens of millions of dollars in electricity over-payments. J.P. Morgan Ventures Energy Corporation has already paid back $20 million to California, but another $53 million is in dispute. Christopher Martinez reports.
