A federal grand jury is investigating the 2010 death of an undocumented immigrant who was attempting to cross the border near San Diego. Anastasio Hernandez Rojas was detained, hogtied and laying on his back when he was tasered while being surrounded by a dozen agents. Now, attorneys for the victims’ family, say witnesses are being interviewed by the U.S. Justice Department. Pacifica KPFK’s Ernesto Arce has more from Southern California.
