Bay Area Rapid Transit absolved a B.A.R.T. officer who shot and killed a man last July. On July 3, 2011, officer James Crowell responded to a call about an armed and intoxicated transient at the Civic Center BART station in San Francisco. Less than 30 seconds after arriving on the scene Crowell fatally shot the man, identified as 45 year old Charles Hill. After multiple investigations Crowell has now been cleared, but the victim's family is moving forward with a civil suit. Alex Kekauoha reports.
