As international observers arrive in Mexico for Sunday’s presidential election, Mexicans abroad are watching developments with a mix of apathy and outsider curiosity.
In the US, only about 61,000 of an estimated 4 million eligible Mexican voters will cast ballots over the weekend.
Still those who left their family and heart in Mexico are hoping life gets better for the average Mexican regardless of the outcome.
