Over 200 homeless advocates, concerned citizens and homeless people gathered Tuesday in Fresno to form a coalition they hope will strengthen their political clout with local authorities. After the city of Fresno destroyed all encampments last fall, thousands of homeless people have had no place in town where they can legally stay. Vic Bedoian filed this report.
