Los Angeles police have detained a man who they suspect is responsible
for setting most of the 53 car fires that have left residents
terrorized for the past four nights. LAPD officials say they’re confident the 24 year-old German national is the mass arsonist. Ernesto Arce reports from Los Angeles.
