Judge Overturns State Medi-Cal Reduction To Hospitals

A federal judge has ruled that the state of California can't cut Medi-Cal to hospitals by up to 20 percent as a way of trimming over $600 million from its estimated $13 billion budget deficit. Medi-Cal is California's Medicaid program providing health coverage to low-income children and people with disabilities. Max Pringle reports.
