The Orange County District Attorney filed charges this morning against two Fullerton police officers in connection with the beating death of 37 year-old transient Kelly Thomas. Thomas's supporters cheered loudly as District Attorney Tony Rauckauckus made his announcement but some wondered why the other officers weren’t charged.
