Grocery Workers Reject Health Proposal

Southern California grocery workers staged a last ditch rally today to urge three supermarket chains to offer them a better contract deal. Over the weekend, more than 90 percent of voting members of the United Food and Commercial Workers union rejected the latest offer by Ralph's, Vons and Albertsons. The workers say the grocery chains want to further cut wages and benefits while the company's post record profits. Union leaders say they're prepared to give the chains a 72-hour notice to begin striking. Ernesto Arce reports from Los Angeles.
