Late last night a Democrat-only, no compromise, majority budget cleared both houses of the California legislature. Governor Jerry Brown is expected to sign it before the new fiscal year begins Friday. The new budget plan relies on unexpected higher revenues and triggers progressively deeper cuts if those revenues don't come through. Dan Fritz reports.
