Central Valley lawmakers joined water officials, farmers and other lobby groups to promote a water infrastructure bond they would like to see on the 2010 statewide ballot. The 11 billion dollar bond was pulled from last year's ballot when polls indicated certain defeat. Vic Bedoian reports from Fresno.
