The battle over affirmative action is going to a federal court in Massachusetts next week, in a trial over Harvard’s admissions policies. A lawsuit by a group called “Students for Fair Admissions” claims Harvard’s affirmative action policies discriminate against Asian American students. Civil rights groups call the lawsuit an attack on affirmative action.
