California Officials and residents expressed disapproval of a Trump administration proposal to roll back more stringent automobile emission standards. The Trump administration is also proposing to revoke measures by states to adopt tougher standards than the federal government. The pushback came at a hearing in Fresno today set up by the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. There were just two such hearings held in the nation. The only other hearing was held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Friday. The EPA cancelled three other hearings. Vic Bedoian reports from Fresno.
