Governor Jerry Brown delivered his 16th, and last, State of the State speech Thursday, marking the coming end of a career that made Brown the longest-serving governor in state history. He used the speech to tout some of his top priorities, like a high-speed rail and a proposed water tunnel, along with remarks praising California’s values as opposed to current policies of the Trump administration.
