Civil rights and community groups are gearing up for an expected executive order by President Donald Trump that would temporarily ban most refugees from entering the United States. They also expect orders restricting refugee admissions and immigration from Syria and six other Middle Eastern and African countries. The activists say that would amount to a “Muslim ban.”
