California’s Assembly budget committee chair has unveiled a “blueprint for California.” Much of California’s budget prospects will depend on decisions by the incoming Trump administration. Assembly budget chair Phil Ting of San Francisco says he wants to focus on protecting California from what he calls “new threats coming from Washington.”
