Santa Rosa Declares Homeless State of Emergency

It joins other West Coast cities like San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle who have made homelessness their number one priority in the past year. Nearly 3000 homeless individuals live in Sonoma County, with almost 1900 in Santa Rosa itself. Pacifica's Paulina Velasco reports.
