Latinos Mobilize for Elections in California

Latino voters could be a powerful force in this year's elections – they make up nearly one in four registered voters in the state of California, and one in three of the state's registered Democrats. And even Latinos who cannot vote because of their legal status are mobilizing to have their interests represented.
