Tenants Rights 2.0 Passes SF Board of Supes

The San Francisco Board of supervisors today passed a series of amendments to the cities Rent Stabilization and arbitration ordinance commonly refereed to as tenant protections 2.0 . The new law will provides extra protections against no and low fault evictions, it will require land lords to post all eviction notices in the residents primary language, and will allow tenants to take on extra roommates regardless of how many people are on the lease.
