In Santa Clara jail, a mentally ill inmate was beaten to death. 31-year-old inmate Michael Tyree died last Thursday and exactly one week after his death, three jail deputies were arrested on suspicion of his murder. Today about 50 concerned citizens rallied outside the Santa Clara jail.
