State lawmakers held a joint legislative hearing on California’s efforts to deal with the issue of cyber security. The hearing follows White House actions on cyber security, including Executive Orders and President Barak Obama’s declaration of a National Emergency on the issue. Civil rights activists who are often critical of government cyber security actions were not included in the legislative hearing. Christopher Martinez reports from Sacramento.
