Governor Jerry Brown has taken his oath of office for an historic fourth term in office. Brown took the oath at the state capitol Monday morning, where he also gave his State of the State speech. He boasted of an improving economy and recent moves to expand health care, and also laid out an ambitious agenda of new action to fight climate change. Brown’s speech comes just days before he unveils his budget plan for the coming year. Christopher Martinez reports from Sacramento.
