Governor Jerry Brown cast his vote Thursday for the November 4th elections. He took the opportunity to urge yes votes on Propositions 1 and 2, but he kept mum on how he voted in other races, including the tight race for Superintendent of Public Instruction, as well as initiatives on health insurance rate regulation and medical malpractice lawsuits.
