Accreditation Lawsuit Claims Political Retaliation

The lawsuit over the City College of San Francisco’s accreditation moved into a new phase Wednesday, with the close of arguments by the City, and the opening of testimony on behalf of the accrediting agency that wants to strip the college of its accreditation. Wednesday’s hearing included final testimony from the accrediting commission’s president, who denied any retaliation against the college because of political differences. Christopher Martinez reports from San Francisco.
