Berkeley Council Puts Soda Tax on November Ballot

Berkeley voters will have a chance to decide whether to tax sugary beverages. The City Council last night unanimously voted to place a penny per ounce tax on distributors of sodas and other sugary drinks on the November ballot. Carla West reports.
