Orange County Stops Honoring ICE Detainers

Southern California's Orange County has joined the growing number of counties nation-wide that will no longer hold prisoners beyond their jail terms for immigration authorities. Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and over a dozen other counties have already stopped practice and no longer honor ICE detainers under the federal Secure Communities program. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
