A nearly 500 mile March for Democracy arrived at the California State Capitol this weekend. Organizers are pressing for legislation that would put a measure on California's November ballot calling for a federal constitutional amendment declaring that money is not speech, corporations are not people, and that Congress can regulate big money in politics.
