Long term care workers in Alameda County told County Supervisors they need a raise. Approximately 14 thousand Alameda County workers provide in home support services for older people or those with disabilities--many of them for a family member. Workers told Supervisors their wages have been frozen at $11.50 per hour for the past five years. Rosalie Atkinson reports from Oakland.
