Fear Of Liability Discourages Counties From Complying With ICE Detainers

Immigrant rights advocates are celebrating a new trend that has reportedly taken hold in over a hundred counties across the country: local authorities are refusing to detain undocumented immigrants for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE. Over a dozen counties in California have stopped cooperating with the federal Secure Communities program. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
